Roofing Questions We Get Asked
The things people actually want settled before they let a roofer onto the property.
Nothing. We come out, walk the roof, photograph what we find, and leave you a written scope with the options and the pricing on it. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation attached to the quote afterward.
Tucson Roofing & Consulting LLC holds Arizona ROC license #358556 under the CR-42 roofing classification, currently active. The Registrar of Contractors publishes it, searching the number takes about a minute, and we would genuinely rather you did it.
That is the question the assessment exists to answer, and it is why consulting sits in the company name. A good share of the roofs we look at need a repair, a re-flash, or a coating rather than a replacement, and you will see the photographs behind whichever one we put in front of you.
Yes. Low-slope and flat roofing is a large part of what we do, base sheet and cap sheet systems included, along with reflective coatings. Tile and shingle roofs are handled in house as well, so one contractor covers whatever the building has on it.
Call, do not use the form — an emergency needs a voice. We tarp or board the opening to stop it getting worse, then come back and quote the permanent repair once the weather has passed and we can see what we are dealing with.
Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and weekends from 9am to 4pm. If water is coming into the building right now, lead with that when you call and it moves ahead of routine assessments.
